Repair a watch

We apologize for any inconvenient you may have during the regular use of a Strumento Marino watch.
Our team is always at your complete disposal to solve any problem your watch may have even if it isn’t under guarantee terms.
To guarantee a perfect service you have to follow these simply steps:

  • Before shipping any product for repair or assistance we remind you to advise our customer service with the defect or the problem you have spotted or if you need extra spare parts for watches (glass, new strap etc.)
  • Don’t forget to include your complete data we may need to contact you.
  • Strumento Marino doesn't cover the shipping costs for returns, including the repair service, so we suggest you to use your proper courier for your returns always insuring the value of your purchase (expecially for expensive products)

Returns

We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item purchased on our store within 8 working days from the delivery date. Here's how:

  • Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with original packaging and all tags still attached.
  • Send us an email to returns@strumentomarino.net with object "return request order n. " (please add your reference number), or contact us on the section "contact us" from our website.
  • Specify the item code you would like to substitute and you’ll receive shortly by e-mail your return code.
  • Fill in the online Return Form you have received in your package and specify the item code you would like to substitute.
  • Enclose all documents to the package and send it to:

After the receiving of your item in our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirmation and the return policy will start.

Return time depends on the payment procedures adopted:

  • by credit card or debit card, return time depends on the Bank Institute that releases the card
  • by wire transfer, the refund will take place on your current account previously indicated. Usually our Bank refunds within 5 working days from our request, and the amount will be visible on your account in few days. You are able to check it on your online account or you can call your bank.
  • by Paypal, the refund occurs immediately.

Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.

Notes:

  • We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time
  • Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.
  • Strumento Marino does not cover the shipping costs, then send the return using a courier of your choise, and a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of the return packages. We suggest also to declare the value of your purchase (especially for expensive items).
